Country Manager

Your Role

As Country Manager Denmark, you will have full P&L responsibility and lead Noteless' expansion in one of the most strategically important healthcare markets in the Nordics. You will be the first commercial hire in Denmark and work closely with our Medical Operations, Product, and Sales teams to position Noteless as the leading AI assistant for healthcare professionals.

Your mission is twofold: build a thriving customer base among Danish general practitioners and other verticals, and form strategic partnerships that unlock access to municipalities and national health authorities. This is your opportunity to create a blueprint for international expansion—starting with Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Segmentation: Refine the market opportunity, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategy for GPs, municipalities, and other healthcare verticals.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Own the sales pipeline, forecast and deliver on license and ARR targets, and manage all phases from discovery to closing.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build partnerships with EHR vendors, municipalities, and industry associations to scale adoption and expand reach.
• Vertical Expansion: Pilot and tailor our solution for other healthcare segments beyond general practice.
• Compliance & Localization: Ensure all activities align with Danish legal, data privacy, and reimbursement frameworks, in close collaboration with Medical Operations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate efforts across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to achieve Danish market OKRs.
• Reporting & Playbook Development: Distill learnings into a repeatable market expansion playbook; own KPIs and budget tracking

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial or general management, ideally within health tech, SaaS, or medtech
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility and consistently hitting revenue goals
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with healthcare professionals and partners
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and scaling B2B channels
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence in sales metrics, funnel analysis, and pricing
• Native-level Danish and fluent English
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and adaptable—comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: Clinical or health economics background
