Our website Dfind.no can generally be visited without transferring your personal data to Randstad Norway. Personal Data of the Consultants (including candidates, contract workers, applicants and corporate employees)
When you register your details on our website or you register yourself at one of our branch offices, your personal data will be recorded for the provision of our HR services, including: temporary staffing, contract staffing, payroll, search and selection etc.
Use and Purpose of your Personal Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
To be able to provide you with relevant offers and/or information related to our services and other activities.
To assess your suitability and availability in relation to any placement on a temporary or permanent job.
To establish and maintain an employment, staffing or placement relationship with you.

Photo, nationality, national identity number, identity document, work permit;
Resumes, job experience and work history, references and qualifications, language skills;
Results from assessments and competence analyses;
Information on availability and leave;
Any other information that you provide to us and which is relevant for a specific job profile or in relation to a specific job vacancy and/or job offer.
Randstad Norway will only record sensitive particular personal data if this is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, to the extent that you have given your consent, or if otherwise authorized by or pursuant to the law. 'Sensitive personal data' is information about race, religion or belief, political opinion, health, sexual life, political opinion, criminal personal data and / or personal data about wrongful conduct or harassment. Randstad shall not store your personal data longer than is necessary to carry out the purpose of processing. Business relationships includes clients, suppliers, vendors and any other instance where we collect personal data of the employees of the business relationship.

to maintain a business relationship and establish and maintain any agreement.

Any consultant – as defined above - whose data is included in our database may at any time exercise the following rights:
To review the information that we hold about you in our database;
To request correction of this personal data if it is factually wrong;
To request deletion of the personal data if you no longer wish to be included in our database nor to be informed by us about career opportunities which match your professional qualifications;
