CSAM’s growth will be driven by mergers and acquisitions throughout the international e-health market. To secure and develop one core CSAM culture, across geographical and cultural borders, our new HR Director will be both operational and a strategic part of our management team. The position is ideal for a high-performance people person, experienced in driving and cultivating the potential of multiple organisations in a vast international public health and technology market.

Position Summary

As a member of the CSAM Management Team, our new HR Director will be responsible for implementing and developing our HR strategy with focus on organizational development through culture and people. You will proactively be developing, implementing, and managing CSAM’s organisation and competence potential in a fast-growing tech and health environment. You will report directly to our CEO.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop, operationalize, and maintain CSAM’s HR strategy, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Establish and build an HR department in line with CSAM’s growth plans
  • Administrating employee contracts, compensation, employee benefits and termination of employment
  • Responsible for employee branding, recruitment, onboarding as well as employee development, talent management and retention
  • Support management by providing human resource advice and decisions
  • Guide management and employee actions that enforce organization values
  • Facilitate and play an important role in our growth strategy and M&A processes

Preferred qualifications

  • Senior professional with 10+ years’ organizational leadership experience from relevant areas and positions
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally in international public and governmental sector organization(s)
  • Proven experience driving multiple activities towards portfolio companies and highly regulated industries
  • Experience in M&A processes and strategies from an HR perspective
  • Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages, both orally and in written form
  • Bachelor or Master degree within business or other relevant background 
  • Alternatively relevant experience will be considered
