Head of Sales & Projects


Never have we had such strong growth as now, and never have we taken larger market shares nationally and internationally. That means that we are running even a little faster and need you who can lead sales and projects within Industry and Marine.

Today we are eight people in the team, and together with Head of Sales & Projects we deliver activities according to the customer's needs. We are professionally skilled, concerned with customer satisfaction and deliver high quality products that help reduce emissions worldwide. As a cornerstone company with our steam boilers standing in all corners of the world, we are proud of what we do.

As Head of Sales & Projects, you will have a central role in an extended management team, and be responsible for leading employees for projects and sales within Industry and Marine.

We envision that your tasks will include:

  • management of the department, including strategy and personnel management

  • ensure that the company has control over the market situation and development

  • at all times develop sales and contract strategy provide support or lead negotiations and the preparation of contracts

  • collaboration with customers to define their needs and goals, and to meet their demands


Who are we looking for?
We believe you have the education and/or experience that will enable you to master the tasks we have listed above. This means that you should have experience from a similar position, preferably with an international interface. Higher technical education from a university or college is also desirable. It is important that you speak, read, and write Norwegian and English fluently.​ ​International sales work will take place in English, while Norwegian is the working language at PARAT Halvorsen. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​
