IBP Programme Manager

Skretting Group has a vacancy as IBP Programme Manager. The position will hierarchically report to the Group IT Director, with a dotted line to the Group Operations Director.
The position will suit someone who is able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills whilst also able to get operational when required. We are looking for candidates who are “do-ers” and a team players.

Tasks & responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead IBP programme across Skretting group globally reporting into a multi-disciplinary Steerco
  • Leverage on resources sitting across the organisation without hierarchical management line to create an effective team
  • Gain operating company management buy-in and act as change manager
  • Work with stakeholders to put together a plan with measurable deliverables
  • Inspire internal stakeholders to understand the power of IBP and how to best attain the associated benefits
  • Custodian of IBP Framework specific for Skretting Division
  • Maintain regular contact with IBP Programme in sister division (Trouw Nutrition), ensuring synergies are achieved and lessons are learnt 
  • Take project manager role within strategic IT initiatives that have impact across the group
  • Work on ad hoc requests from Division IT Director related to Nutreco ITMT Agenda 2020

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Background from supply chain
  • Process orientated
  • Mature business understanding
  • ERP knowledge an advantage 
  • Experience in project management 
  • Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage 
  • Willing to travel internationally
